Legal notice and program qualifications
Important conditions governing this website, program information, documents and external relationships.
Last updated: 1 August 2026.
1. Website operator and program status
AfriEuro Links is a proposed and developing market-systems program led by Labl Group East Africa. Website content describes the intended architecture, partnerships, activities and post-project direction. Budgets, dates, targets, locations, partners and activities remain subject to funding, agreements, due diligence, approvals, procurement, technical validation and demonstrated capacity.
2. Information, not a binding offer
Website pages, downloadable documents, generated instructions and draft agreements are informational or preparatory unless expressly stated and signed by authorised parties. They are not a public offer, investment prospectus, guarantee, binding grant commitment, bank confirmation or procurement award.
3. No guarantee of benefit
Registration, training, platform access, participation or submission does not guarantee grants, purchases, employment, income, yields, certification, financing, climate finance, carbon credits, market access, visas, contracts, profits or commercial returns.
4. Financial and exchange-rate information
KES budgets are authoritative unless a signed agreement states otherwise. EUR equivalents are indicative references only and may change. Actual transactions are subject to the agreed currency, bank rate, correspondent charges, taxes, due diligence, authorised account details and written controls. This website does not provide investment, banking, tax or legal advice.
5. Contributions and grants
Support is governed by the Grants and Contributions Policy. Do not transfer funds unless you have an authorised instruction containing verified bank details. The site does not collect online card or mobile-money payments.
6. Partners, authorities and interfaces
References to companies, foundations, counties, ministries, regulators, standards bodies, research organisations, weather networks, banks, payment providers, buyers or investors describe current, intended or relevant interfaces. They do not imply endorsement, contract, funding, waiver, licence or approval unless confirmed in writing by the relevant party.
7. Environmental, ESG and traceability claims
No crop, product, company, record or blockchain entry is automatically sustainable, regenerative, low-carbon, fair, climate-positive or compliant. Claims require defined scope, credible evidence, appropriate methodology, quality control and independent verification where relevant. Traceability shows recorded events and does not by itself prove impact.
8. Technology and availability
Website and future platform functions may be changed, suspended or unavailable. AI, GIS, blockchain, weather, payment and interoperability functions are subject to testing, licences, provider availability, data quality, human review and separate terms. No technology removes the need for competent professional judgement.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, submit false or unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with service, or use documents or branding to solicit unauthorised funds.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, software, original graphics, documents, logos and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Viewing and downloading public documents for legitimate review is permitted. Commercial reproduction, modification, misleading reuse, removal of notices or use of logos requires written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
11. External links
External websites are controlled by their operators. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. AfriEuro Links is not responsible for external availability, security, accuracy, policies or transactions.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AfriEuro Links and participating entities are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary website information, indicative exchange rates, unavailable services, third-party content or unauthorised use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy and communications
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Email is not completely secure. Authorised programme communication may use @afrieurolinks.com, @lablgroup.com or @lablgroup.eu addresses because Labl Group coordinates the programme. Each connected company remains responsible for its own portal, email, SMS and WhatsApp channels. Recipients should independently verify unusual payment or account-change requests through info@afrieurolinks.com and the reference-numbered instruction.
14. Governing arrangements
Specific transactions and partnerships are governed by their signed agreements. Questions concerning this public website should be directed to info@afrieurolinks.com. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined by the relevant entity, transaction and agreement.
15. Changes
AfriEuro Links may update the website and this notice without prior notice. The current publication date appears above.
